Copyright & Artwork Rights

All artworks, images, prints, and written content on this website are the original creations of Robin Bouchard.

Buying an original or a print does not transfer copyright.

Reproduction, copying, downloading, printing, selling, or modifying any artwork or image is strictly prohibited unless granted through a written licensing agreement.

The artist retains full copyright to all originals, commissions, and custom portrait work.

If you are interested in commercial use or licensing, please contact Original Pigments for permissions and pricing.

Payment Terms

Payments are securely processed through the website’s checkout system.

Accepted payments include major credit/debit cards, PayPal, and other standard online payment platforms.

Custom commissions require a non-refundable deposit to begin.

The remaining balance is due before shipment or delivery.

Shipping Policy

Every piece is carefully packaged to protect the artwork during shipping.

Returns & Refunds

All sales are final.

Due to the nature of original artwork and prints, returns or exchanges are not accepted.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48–72 hours with photos so a replacement or insurance claim can be arranged.

Commissioned artwork is non-refundable once the creation process begins.

Commissions & Custom Portrait Policies

Custom pieces are created in Robin’s unique artistic style.

A deposit is required to reserve your spot and begin the artwork.

Progress photos may be offered, but the artist maintains full creative direction.

Minor adjustments may be requested before finalization, but major revisions are not guaranteed.

The artist retains copyright to all commissioned work unless a separate licensing agreement is purchased.

Privacy & Personal Information

Your personal information is used only to process orders and communicate about your purchase.

Original Pigments never sells, trades, or shares your information.

Payment information is processed through secure, encrypted platforms.
